1. Cornerstone Bullion may share client information with such shipping carriers, warehouse personnel, and other similar 3rd parties which are necessary for the fulfillment, shipment, and tracking of a client’s order and package.
2. Cornerstone Bullion may use client contact information to communicate to the client regarding the client’s order, other related offers, or similar matters related to Cornerstone’s business with the client. The client shall have the right to remove himself from any unsolicited contact from Cornerstone Bullion not related to an outstanding order.
3. Cornerstone Bullion will comply with any applicable laws or regulations regarding the disclosure of any client information. We do not report individual sales to the government (except cash transactions in excess of $10,000, as required by federal law). In case of a government audit, our records contain your receipt and record of your purchase and payment (check, cash, or bank wire), but nothing more.

Cornerstone maintains standard protocols for identifying and the handling of suspicious transactions. We take immediate actions when there is the threat of a suspicious transaction, and report these transactions to the appropriate authorities.
